Meet Dr. Anand Lalaji

Dr. Anand P. Lalaji is the co-founder and CEO of The Radiology Group, bringing more than 20 years of experience in diagnostic and musculoskeletal radiology. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Binghamton University before receiving his Doctor of Medicine from SUNY Downstate Medical Center. He completed his radiology residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in orthopedic and musculoskeletal radiology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He later earned a master's degree in musculoskeletal radiology from Wake Forest.

As a practicing radiologist and healthcare entrepreneur, Dr. Lalaji has built and led multiple organizations focused on advancing medical imaging, data analytics, and healthcare innovation. In addition to leading The Radiology Group, he founded The Woman's Imaging Group, Inside Injuries, and Performance Medilytics, where he serves as Chief Medical Officer. His work is centered on integrating artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to improve diagnostic accuracy, operational efficiency, and patient care.

Raised in New York City in a family with deep roots in healthcare and engineering, Dr. Lalaji has maintained a lifelong passion for science, innovation, and continuous learning. Outside of his clinical and business leadership, he is committed to philanthropy and supports initiatives focused on women's leadership in sports, mental health advocacy, and cancer research.
